Project Overview
Our specialized teams carried out the design, supply, excavation, installation, and splicing of fiber optic cabling as part of the Al-Ghadeer Area Development and Investment Project, which directly contributed to serving and activating more than 9,000 residential units. Our company was responsible for preparing the designs, route distribution, and work segmentation to ensure efficient execution, with a contract duration extending from 2022 to 2032. The project involved the use of various excavation techniques, including Micro Trenching, Open Trenching, and HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) at different depths. Rehabilitation works were also performed using multiple methods such as asphalt and concrete reinstatement. In addition, the scope included the installation of HDPE ducts and deployment of fiber optic cables of various capacities (12–24–48–96–144–288 cores), along with the installation and securing of handholes with high efficiency. Furthermore, the works included the installation of poles, deployment of main cabinets (FDT) and distribution cabinets (FAT), as well as feeder splicing. The project also involved the installation and commissioning of two OLT units with a total capacity of 17,000 users. To ensure continuous and reliable service, our company provides 24/7 maintenance support, guaranteeing uninterrupted network operation and rapid fault resolution. Additionally, multiple sales points were established to facilitate customer access to services and enhance the overall end-user experience.
