Project Overview

Our specialized teams carried out the design, supply, excavation, installation, and splicing of the fiber optic cabling as part of the Safe Cities Project – Kut, which is considered one of the key projects in the field of smart security systems. The project included route design and infrastructure planning, utilizing different types of fiber optic cables (12–48 cores) to ensure efficient data and signal transmission. The scope of work also covered the installation of HDPE ducts along carefully planned routes, along with the installation and fixing of handholes with high precision. In addition, towers and poles for surveillance cameras were installed, including L-shaped and T-shaped structures, with varying sizes and heights based on field coverage requirements. The works also included fiber optic splicing and interconnection between network points in accordance with the highest technical standards. Furthermore, appropriate solutions were implemented to address technical and operational challenges, ensuring system stability and performance. A Ring topology was adopted for the fiber network to enhance network management and improve distribution efficiency. The project also involved the implementation of the electrical system, ensuring power supply to all project points for uninterrupted operation. Additionally, works included organizing and structuring the Data Center, deploying the Video Wall system, installing display screens, and fully equipping the Control Room to achieve the highest levels of monitoring and operational control.
